All setup fees and retainers are due before work begins. Ongoing services may be billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
You may cancel at any time with 7 days’ written notice. Canceling a subscription terminates access to services and systems at the end of the billing period.
All original designs, copy, workflows, and systems remain the intellectual property of ENDURA Agency unless expressly transferred. You may use deliverables for your business but not resell them without permission.
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Marketing performance depends on numerous variables beyond our control, including market demand, user behavior, and competition.
ENDURA Agency shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services within the last 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Nothing contained in this Agreement or your use of the Site shall be construed to constitute either party as a partner, joint venture, employee, or agent of the other party, nor shall either party hold itself out as such. Neither party has any right or authority to incur, assume or create, in writing or otherwise, any warranty, liability or other obligation of any kind, express or implied, in the name of or on behalf of the other party. It is intended by both parties that each shall remain independent contractors responsible for its own actions.
